Angie’s well-rounded TRANSFORM workouts typically consist of a circuit-style mix of weightlifting and resistance training combined with hard-hitting aerobic and anaerobic cardio. Emphasis is placed on building endurance and strength with no two workouts ever being the same. Training packages include one-on-one sessions, small group sessions, as well as open access to the studio and gym equipment during business hours – all for an affordable price!
