BEFORE... I was eating out and drinking alcohol 3-4 times a week, working out 3-4 days a week. I’m a huge snacker and would visit Starbucks frequently.

I was less social and didn’t like going out because I was never comfortable in being seen.

My clothes were oversized, which made me look bigger but it hid the areas I didn’t want people to focus on.

It was New Year’s Eve and my dresses didn’t fit, leaving me underdressed for a party and completely embarrassing 😅

And one day I woke up really mad that nothing fit and how that made me feel and I let that fuel the motivation.

I started focusing counting calories and tracking my food in January.

All my meal preps go into my fitness pal. Limiting snacking and alcohol.

I added cycling to my workout routine 3-4 days a week, which added an extra 1500-1800 calorie burn.

In 6 months I dropped 13% in body weight, 6% in fat and gained 1.5lb in muscle.

TODAY…I’m absolutely more confident with working out. I’m now down to a size 8, wearing less oversized clothing, and are more confident in social settings
